[KERNEL] GETUX V1 KERNEL FOR GALAXY V

Hello everyone , Today im gonna share a custom kernel for Galaxy V, This kernel named GetuX v1 #3 has been build by Cleverior.ipul , so thanks to him (Y) . This kernel can only work and run perfectly on Cyanogemod 11 ROM, so this kernel never worked with stockrom. Don't ask me why.

For those user facing a FORCE CLOSE issues and instability performance while running Galaxy V. Then use this kernel for better performance.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.


We'll not support users and answer questions from users which:

• have flashed mods

• didn't follow our intructions word by word
• are unfriendly

USE TWRP RECOVERY TO INSTALL!

• First startup is very laggy (OK, IDK, even HW rendering enabled it still lags)

This ROM is suitable for daily use

First time installing CyanogenMod 11.0 to your Galaxy V, or coming from another ROM:

• Install ClockworkMod Recovery (OR TWRP)
• Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
• Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
• WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
• Install the ROM from sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery (OR TWRP)
• Optionally install the Google Apps ( get it here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95832962473395379 )

*NOTE: If you're running TWRP recovery, you must FULLY WIPE DATA on Wipe >> Wipe data >> Type "yes", not swipe to factory reset. If not, you would get bootloops sometimes

FAQ

1. Why i'm getting bootloops after only wipe data w/o /data/media internal storage?
A: Because sometimes, our /data partition is corrupted, so full wipe is possible.
2. Do i get OTAs everyday?
A: No! Because we're not get this to official, so no OTAs
3. Is init.d supported?
A: Yes, all CyanogenMod ROMs support this, so be free at scriptings
4. Can you include Samsung Apps/ ABCXYZ features here?
A: No! But, you can customize this ROM for your own. If you wanna release it public, give proper credits.
5. I've installed on SM-G313H, but my phone is single-SIM, so why i'm getting dual-SIM?
A: Remove "persist.radio.multisim.config=dsds" from build.prop to switch to single-SIM mode.
6. I'm on SM-G313H/ML, but when installed this ROM, i got SM-G313HZ, why?
A: This ROM is mainly created for SM-G313HZ. If you want to get back to your phone model, change "ro.product.model" in build.prop to your phone model.
7. I can't connect to WiFi?
A: Use any root browser software, go to /data/misc/wifi, change "ctrl_interface" from wpa_supplicant.conf from "wlan0" to "/data/misc/wifi/sockets"
8. WiFi Direct in Settings is not working?
A: This feature is in beta-testing. You can use any 3rd-party software to use this feature.
9. What kernel is using in this ROM? Can i install any kernel on this ROM?
A: Mostly is stock kernel with sth modified to work with CM. You could use any kernel in this CM as you want, but don't send bug reports or confuses about bricked your device due to installing custom kernel. Read carefully first if you're going to install custom kernel. If your device is soft bricked, restore it with Odin or reinstall the ROM with factory reset.
10. Why i can't move apps to SD card?
A: Maybe we've misconfigured this or it's not supported in CM11 yet (CM12.1 got this, and our stock has this too)
11. Why i can't call to anyone, even you said that RIL is fixed?
A: You've to active SIMs first, by go to Settings >> SIM cards >> Configure SIM cards >> Touch active (ON/OFF switch) to active SIMs and use them as usual

I'm so sorry. Long time no post.. hehe :D

Today i'm gonna share custom recovery (again) for Samsung Galaxy V SM-G313HZ aka vivalto3gnvdx. This custom recovery called TWRP 3.0.0.-0.

ODIN VERSION

1. Download TWRP 3.0.0-0 for vivalto3gvndx (odin version)
2. Download Odin v3.10.7
3. Extract Odin ZIP file
4. Open Odin v3.10.7
5. Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
6. Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
7. Add the TWRP 3.0.0-0 for vivalto3gvndx (odin version) file to AP / PDA
8. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
9. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

FLASHIFY VERSION (just for rooted device)

1. Download TWRP 3.0.0-0 for vivalto3gvndx (image version) and copy to 
2. Download dan install Flashify 1.6.9 to your phone.
3. Open Flashify
4. Tap on Recovery Image
5. Choose a file
6. Choose file explorer
7. Choose TWRP 3.0.0-0 for vivalto3gvndx (image version) file
8. Flash recovery? choose Yup!
9. Reboot now (if you want)

[UPDATE][TUTORIAL] Fixing bootloop/unroot/refresh device

THINGS U NEED:
PC/Laptop/Netbook
USB Cable
KIES 3
GALAXY V Stock Firmware
Odin 3.10.7

STEP 1:

Download and install KIES 3 on your PC/Laptop/Netbook. After installation completed, go to TOOLS  then select REINSTALL DEVICE DRIVER. Wait until it finish and keep the KIES 3 task opened.

STEP 2:

Download the file GALAXY V Stock Firmware on your PC/Laptop/Netbook. Extract it. There will be a file named G313HZblablablabla.tar.md5.

STEP 3:

Download and install Odin 3.10.7 on your PC/Laptop/Netbook.

STEP 4:

Turn off your GALAXY V. Reboot your GALAXY V to download mode by pressing HOME BUTTON+VOLUME DOWN+POWER BUTTON.

STEP 5:

Connect your USB Cable from your GALAXY V to your PC/Laptop/Netbook.

STEP 6:

Open Odin. Odin will detect your phone. We can see the detection when the text [COM] in Odin becoming blue. That's mean your device has been connected to Odin.

STEP 7:

In Odin, search for the button AP  and click on it. Odin will ask you to put a file. You need to select the file you extracted G313HZblablablabla.tar.md5

STEP 8:

And then wait for 6 seconds. Press START in Odin. Wait until the process finished. (Don't touch your device while the process is running)

CONGRATULATIONS NOW YOUR DEVICE IS UNROOTED/FULLY REFRESHED/BOOTLOOP FREE!

Hello everyone, happy weekend , First of all I want to sorry for you guys if my post doesnt look nice like before, It is because Im blogging using my device because my netbook has been broken. So today I got something to share with you guys, This post little bit different because this is the first time I post about Launcher, without wasting any time so let's started!

Basically, This launcher has been port from SGGP devices, ported by one of the member of Official Samsung Galaxy V  Members named ARIEL ALEXANDRIA, So thanks to him.

- Put in your sdcard and reboot into recovery mode

Hello GalaxyVArchive fans out there , Long time no see and posting, I was so busy since I finished my examination on December 2015. So in today post Im gonna tell you guys something about GalaxyVArchive gonna be.

First of all, I want to tell you guys that I have ditch my old Galaxy V to a new device, That mean, I don't use Galaxy V anymore, I sold my old Galaxy V about two days ago and move into a new devices that more better than Galaxy V. Now Im using Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 and running Cyanogenmod 12 ROM with android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Of course Im personally sad because turn into a new device. I have a lot of good memories with my Galaxy V especially when this archive was created and you guys keep supporting my blog and fanpage from "zero to hero" .

I have made lot of development for this device such as Custom ROM, SystemUI MOD, Tweaks, Guide and so on. But everyone knows that using Galaxy V with Single-Core Processor and only 512MB of RAM doesn't make Custom Running smoothly on Galaxy V, It cause many issues like bugs, force close and my favourite LAG.But I keep doing Custom ROM even know that ROM will not run smoothly and share it with you guys because I want you guys don't feel bored using a same TouchWiz looking on your Galaxy V and have fun with it.

The main reason why I create this archive is I wanna help Galaxy V users out there easily to find something about their devices and Im happy if I can help.

Changing device doesn't mean that I will stop posting , I will continue posting on the blog BUT not developed by me. Im just sharing others people work and will give them proper credit.
