[RECOVERY] TWRP Recovery 2.8.5.0 for Samsung Galaxy V SM-G313HZ



In this time i wanna share the latest version of TWRP recovery. That is TWRP 2.8.5.0. FYI, this TWRP is for Samsung Galaxy V SM-G313HZ.

 Changelog :
  • Add CPU temperature information
  • Modified reboot menu
  • Backups can now be cancelled while the backup is in progress (does not include restore because we don't want to leave your device in a bad state)
  • Add flashing of boot and recovery images via the TWRP GUI (Find the Images button on the Install page)
  • Add info TWRP

Tutorial 1 :
(For devices that have NOT rooting and install CWM)


  • Download odin and extract
  • Open Odin v3.09
  • Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
  • Connect phone and wait until detected on odin
  • Add TWRP_2.8.5.0_Vivalto.tar.md5 to AP / PDA
  • Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
  • Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
  • Wait until the flashing process is complete

Tutorial 2 : 
(For devices which already installed custom recovery)

  • Copy TWRP_2.8.5.0_Vivalto_flashable.zip to External SD.
  • Go to CWM/TWRP.
  • Install zip -> from sdcard.
  • Choose TWRP_2.8.5.0_Vivalto_flashable.zip and wait untill finished.
  • Reboot system now.

    What firmware version should i use to root and install this recovery? My firmware version is
    I have enabled USB Debugging, and follow exactly what you said. But when i boot into recovery it said no command and still official recovery. Sorry for my bad English!

      What you need to do is

      -install custom kernel and do the same step again

    Is this takes an hour. To install? I try to hard reset my samsung gal. V but i it took so long. Until now it doesnt finished it stil says "downloading.. do not turn off target" how can i fix this please need help.
